Why I do what I do

I strive to develop innovative solutions together with creative minds from different disciplines and cultures. Every day, I expand my knowledge as part of our projects and it gives me great pleasure when my contributions help to bring about positive changes in my environment.

In my professional work, interpersonal relationships play a decisive role in success. I love working with people and the constant changes that come with it. It fills me with pride when team members overcome their personal limits and celebrate successes that they would never have thought possible before.
The opportunity to contribute my own ideas and visions is of central importance to me. A successful example of this is my work at Dorsch Gruppe, where I formed a new, cooperative network from various culturally diverse companies. These synergies enable us to offer our customers innovative services today and thus create sustainable prospects for the future.

After successfully completing my degree in business administration, I started my career in controlling at VEBA Immobilien, a predecessor company of the renowned Vonovia Group. I then took over responsibility for the Rhein Ruhr branch as commercial manager at Viterra Baupartner AG (now also Vonovia). In 2003, I moved to Hochtief, followed by a period as Managing Director at Deutsche Bahn in 2012 and finally the move to Dorsch Gruppe in 2018.

At all stages of my professional career, the focus was on infrastructural, large-volume project and operator business. Successful mediation between the numerous private and public stakeholders involved has always played a central role. My work has always focused on driving the business forward, establishing efficient structures, reconciling divergent interests, optimizing business processes and strengthening entrepreneurial thinking. My diverse experience and expertise are the best prerequisites for successfully guiding your company into the future.
