Dorsch Gruppe has successfully completed a very remarkable growth and transformation process over the last 5 years. My esteemed managing director colleague Andreas Schweinar was a key driver in this, creating a market-leading group with over 1,500 employees in Germany in particular through Buy and Build, while at the same time raising the management structures and processes for the global business to a higher level. With his help, we are now one of the top 30 engineering companies in the world with over 7000 employees and have excellent prospects for the future. (October 2023)

Under the management of Andreas Schweinar, Spiekermann was taken over by the Dorsch Gruppe in a very difficult situation. It is thanks to the very professionally managed process that the transaction was completed. Andreas Schweinar joined the management team after graduation and together we have developed Spiekermann back into a successful company. KREBS+KIEFER has been an integral part of the Dorsch Group since 2021; a sustainable development for our engineering company, in which Andreas Schweinar played a major role: The very professionally managed M&A transaction process was characterized by dialogue at eye level, the early recognition of commonalities and the very appreciative agreement on the respective advantages of the discussion partners.
